Since 2002 we've manufactured display hardware and printed graphics in our own 32,000 sq ft (3,000 m²) plant in Shanghai — with in-house design, print, fabrication, sewing and QC. Aluminum extrusion, UV flatbed, dye-sublimation and CNC routing all happen on the same floor, which is why a 50-piece order and a 5,000-piece rollout get the same tolerances.

Unit price Factory cost + freight. The margin everyone else charges stays with you. Adds a margin between you and the line that actually makes it. Adds domestic markup, freight and warehousing on top of landed cost.

Production runs 10–20 business days after artwork approval on standard lines, 20–35 on custom builds. From loading date, here's what transit looks like.

What US buyers ask first.

What's your minimum order?
Printed flag and banner lines typically start at 10–50 pcs. Display hardware and tents can be quoted per unit, and we'll build a mixed container if you're ordering across categories. Smaller restocks can move by LTL or parcel.
Can you quote landed cost, including duties?
Yes. We quote FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, CIF, or DDP to your US address. Every quote includes HS codes, material composition and country of origin so your customs broker can run the duty calculation before you commit — no surprise invoice at the port.
How fast can you turn a rush order?
Standard lines run 10–20 business days after artwork approval, custom builds 20–35. Where a show date is tight we can air-freight (5–7 days) and, on most printed lines, push production at a premium. Ask before you assume it's too late.
Do you do private label?
It's a core part of the business: your logo, brand colors, hangtags, UPC barcodes, retail-ready packaging and instruction sheets. We never put our own brand on private-label goods.
Will it pass my venue's fire marshal?
FR fabric and print media to NFPA 701 are available across the flag, backdrop, banner and table cover lines, with test documentation on request. Illuminated products ship with UL-listed drivers and 110V wiring.
How do we pay?
Wire transfer (T/T) with 30% deposit and the balance against B/L copy, invoiced in USD. Net 30 is available for established repeat programs, and we accept a letter of credit on larger orders.
What artwork do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal; raster artwork at full size and 150 dpi works too. We supply a free digital proof before production and can match PMS colors on request.
Can you ship to a show site or my 3PL?
Yes — DDP to any US address, including advance warehouses and show-site docks. Palletized on GMA 48×40 in. pallets, labeled to your spec. Send the in-hands date and we'll plan the shipment around it.
